The personal data relating to the CVs received are collected in a database, used exclusively for the purposes of recruiting, selecting and evaluating personnel, possibly to be hired or with which to establish any professional collaboration relationships for any reason. Any sensitive data, i.e. data suitable for revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as data suitable to reveal the state of health and sexual life, spontaneously provided by you, will not be processed in the absence of a written declaration, on your part, of consent to the relative treatment. The data you provide may also be inherent to your family members, so your consent will automatically also affect their data.
Navigation data.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment.

The personal and sensitive data provided will be kept for the time strictly necessary to respond to the request for information and in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the subject and at the end of this period they will be automatically deleted from our archives.

- opposition to an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling;
- access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concern him or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
- revocation of consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Regulation).
